I am a Financial Economist working as a Treasury and Risk Senior Associate at the Inter-American Development Bank. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from Universtity of Houston. My research interests are in international macroeconomics, development finance, financial liberalization in emerging markets, and financial risk management.
